Zach I know you might be getting tired of my posts to you about safety but that's just me I'm a safety guy first even if I get talked about, which I usually did, so when you are working under something with dirt, grit and sand it would be wise to wear safety glasses to prevent debris from entering the eyes, your are good to nobody including yourself if you are at the eye doctor, remember just because it's your farm you don't need to practice safety first you talk about bin recovery safety training well there you go, I just don't want to see you get hurt Zach if this advise bothers you tell me and I won't respond about safety anymore, I also watch Larson Farm and brother I advise them on just about every other video OK I'm through...

I worked and learn on my uncle s farm when i was young;he had 2 boys.The oldest one was really interrested in pursuing dairy operations on the farm.Sadly because of ilness he passed away at the very young age of 22!His youngest brother wasnt interrested in dairy so my uncle sold the cows and they continued in corn and soybeans.

When I was about Onyx's age, my dad called from the other farm (via landline cuz I'm that old) and told me to drive the fertilizer truck over (he was planting). So I jumped in the truck carrying about 5 tons of BAGS of fertilizer and I drove from one farm to the other. I never drove that truck before, let alone on the road, but my dad knew I could do it and I did.

My grandsons are six generations on our land in northern Michigan. All but 4 acres of the farm was sold during the depression but we still have the cabin and the granary. It is an amazing thing to experience. Really enjoy the videos!!

My granddad used to farm some land that my grandma inherited. Thighs went south when my dad was a teenager and they ended up getting rid of all the land over a period of few years. I wonder how thighs would be now if we had kept it. All I can do now is watch these videos and admire the rigs.

Onyx plays hockey!!??😮 I have so much respect for you as a farmer and how hard you work but the fact that you’re a hockey dad on top of that!! That’s amazing!! Hockey is such a huge commitment. It’s crazy, growing up playing AA here in Michigan, there was an ice rink in southern Michigan called The Onyx and it was always one of my favorite rinks to play at lol. As I grew older I refereed a lot of high school and AAA games there too.

You and your family are a $10-$15 million dollar operation not including the land you own. You are asking people who are poor to donate to a cause that you are promoting. Stop asking the poor to give when you have more than enough money/ resources to contribute to your cause. Ask your folks to give $5k. Take the money from your youtube and podcasts and give it to them cause you are requesting money for. Do you people not have any shame. Looks like a good/safe harvest so far. The wife and I came upon a loaded semi that tried to take a 110 degree turn too fast and became a turtle in the ditch. Driver ok learned an expensive lesson.

Hello Mr. Millennial Farmer! Do you happen to know where in Sweden your ancestors came from? I live pretty far up north in Sweden, and from this area, a lot of people left for America in the mid to late 1800's. Many of them went to Chicago and from there onwards to Minnesota and North Dakota.

Remember when I was 11 years old on a Friday night came home from school and was going to go camping with some boys and my dad said I thought we'd start plowing tonight if you want to set the plow up you can go start plowing in The Big Field and I worked grounder plowed until 12 that night I loved it I was only 11
