I got to say that you have me hooked on your videos after watching just a few. I have learned a great deal about farming and what you guys go through. As a firefighter in WNY for 30 years, Thank you for raising funds for the rescue equipment for those departments who cant afford it. I have trained in silo rescue over the years and it has all been free training put on by local agricultural agencies. (dont know the names). Your goofiness/ sarcasm in the videos (and I mean that respectfully) is great. Be safe out there !

Hey all, I live in Jonesboro, AR. Down hear, we hear about farmers almost every year, there’s 2 or 3, they climb in and try to kick the crust down, and it buries them. I used to work in the EMS field. I have high level risk rescue trained. Down here we have all those same issues, that and PTO’s are a fubar. There are two more things we use to see. Farmers trying to kick plugs down while the combines head is still running. Then there’s the belts on combines, and silage choppers, where people grab onto a stalk, and it pulls their arms in faster than they can pull them back! I’ve seen people lose fingers arms, legs. The newer combines I guess when you get up, it won’t let you run the head? Not sure on that last part though.

Clean windows are the best aren't they? As a tip for the cleanest Windows you'll ever get, get some 000 steel wool. Spray the glass down with your glass cleaner of choice, lightly scrub with the steel wool, then wipe clean with clean shop towels. I do that for the big trucks I drive, especially in mirrors. Amazingly Clean.

Just a thought... Can any of you farmers that have old/unused bins, donate them to the relevant emergency teams?🤔? If each team had a bin, which comprised of let's say, 3or4 rings and the lid with the hatch, they could then practice putting someone inside, with all the harnesses and other relevant rescue aids. It wouldn't have to be very high (3-4 rings would do), just enough to get the feel for what a rescue might look like. As I said, just a thought.! I'm sure that most of you farmers will have SOMETHING lying around, from when you swapped and updated your bins in recent years. 'They', could even have one 'communal' one, that all services can share, and have multi organisation training. Filled with something similar in form to corn/wheat/etc, but made from something synthetic, that doesn't rot or decay. Anyways, you get the idea eh.?!?. Leefittwiya'zorl.😉. Rich UK 🥰🥰🥰.
