I’m not a farmer myself. But I have grown up with an admiration for agriculture, machinery, and the lifestyle. I’ve grown to look forward to every video that you put out. I’ve learned quite a bit from your videos over the last few months. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say thank you for giving those who may not be directly involved with farming, a window into the daily life! Keep em comin’!

Not impressed at all, John Deere has become nothing but shit, I grew up in the Quad Cities and was always proud of this manufacturer and International Harvester. Now days JD is nothing but a polished turd. It's like buying a brand new corvette and having an oil leak only to have the manufacturer tell you were on it? What a joke. You are show piecing this equipment which is supposed to be new I assume and just look at the issues right off the bat? Think about what's going to happen next year 3yr, 5yr, etc. if it last that long. Nope not impressed at all.

The new tractor and seeder seams to be doing a pretty good job. It is really nice of John Deer to let you Demo there new equipment. I'm not a farmer but have worked running a tractor doing plow in the bottom land of the Sebean River in Southeast Texas. The ground was river bottom and we did plowing to turn the soil up so it would dry before planting Watermellon and Okra. Nice to see the new equipment in action. Yes I have lived in many places and worked for many different farms.

The pert about the 5 % coating is why I watch this site. I would have never known that kind of info. I hope these guys continue to put in these kinds of facts. Luca

I've noticed before, and in this video I've seen again that you handle seed, seed loading etc etc without a face mask. What you do is dangerous. Especially that you know that those seeds are coated with really dangerous insecticides. Any dust when you handling those seeds comes off and flying around are dangerous for You. I mean cancer and other nasty stuff. Wear a mask when you handle coated seeds.

Too high tech..... Highly dollar equipment. That leads to alot of frustrations. One day it will all be run by a robots. And farmers will no longer exist. Tractor companies use farmers for free research and Development of their high tech equipment. Farmers should send bills for lost time and profits if their equipment fails. Big companies expect Americans today to do some of their foot work because it saves John Deere money. But cost the farmers. Anytime you have to do something because a product fails. That company should pay you for your lost time or lost profits. But nobody seems to realize they are working for John Deeres R&D department. Start sending lost wage bills to Deere. Deere will start to build much much better equipment. Drones are next to rob farmers soon. Air seed feeders. Don't be suckers again. 😂

You are a great Equipment Demonstrator. You are very skilled and credible. Every farmer feels he has done a super human job while everything could have/should have been easier. I understand the need for even more tech than you covered here to control cost and insure quality control as well as test and compare products and methods. We are experiencing a tremendous learning curve and education process. Write Journals for yourself about the problems, the fixes, who were the resource you used, the parts, the remedies ... Just a paragraph or so to minimize futures problems, what you need to have on hand. Also write paragraphs about situations you heard on the same equipment. Get more knowledgeable as you write into certain equipment journals. Write journals on planting methods with corn and etc. Anything that would give you more experiences to handle different situations. That's what I do. I gather info to help me! I pick people's brains watching their IRmys channels for one. You get a bunch of farmers together like at breakfast, hitchhike on each others ideas. We're all Americans, right?

Having to "phase" it sounds hokey, indeed, absurd. By way of analogy, it is equal to John Deere suggesting you use the engineering equivalent of a hammer to fix a glitch for their on board computer for your tractor....you need to phase it....what a joke
